Rowell Designs really began in 2004 when owner, Tara Rowell, decided to launch a small website for stay-at-home moms who were in business.  This niche site grew into a large online community and was sold in early 2008.  Since then, we have constantly expanded our programming and graphics capabilities.  Today, we offer many services from graphic design to Flash animations to Content Management Solutions.  Our clients vary from creative talents to serious businesses.
