1.How long will it take for my website to be completed?

It usually takes about two weeks from the start of your project to bet the bulk of your site built.  Often there are decisions that you have to make or information that you have to gather that will extend the completion time to around 4 weeks.   

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept checks, Visa, M/C, Amex and Paypal.

3.Can you register a domain name for me and host my site?

Yes, we can do that for you.  Domain names are $18/year and webhosting is $7/month.  Your hosting is billed monthly thru Paypal, and you are invoiced yearly by Rowell Designs for the domain name(s) you choose.

4.I live out of the Orlando area, can you still work on my website?

Of course!  That is the beauty of the internet!  We can build your site no matter where you live.  We are always available via email and you are welcome to contact us via phone as well.  See our 'About' page for all of our contact info.

5.What are your payment terms?

 We require a 60% deposit to begin your project.  The actual amount is determined by the estimate you are given.  If you are an established customer and need work done on an hourly basis, you are billed monthly or when the work is completed.
